1 Eligibility

To use plusph188, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years old. plusph188 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under the legal age will be suspended immediately, and all balances may be voided pending review.
• You are physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where using plusph188 is permitted under applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify that online betting is legal in your location before registering.
• You are registering on your own behalf, using your own identity and payment credentials — not on behalf of another person.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gaming by a relevant regulatory authority.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee or contractor of plusph188, its partners, or affiliated companies. Such persons may not participate in betting markets on the platform.

plusph188 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active plusph188 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to circumvent a restriction, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other reason — is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. plusph188 cannot be held responsible for service interruptions caused by outdated contact details.

• Your username and password must be kept strictly confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact plusph188 support immediately and change your password.
• plusph188 will not be held liable for losses incurred through unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
• Account transfers or sales between individuals are strictly prohibited.

plusph188 may require additional verification before processing certain transactions or withdrawals, including submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure applicable to all players on the platform.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on plusph188 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary depending on your account status and the current payment infrastructure.

• The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within your plusph188 account at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your plusph188 wallet instantly or within a short processing window. If a deposit does not appear after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Funds deposited at plusph188 may only be withdrawn to a payment method in the same name as the registered account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• plusph188 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees under normal circumstances, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your payment provider before initiating a transfer.

4 Betting Rules

By placing a bet on plusph188, you accept the current odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet slip has been submitted and confirmed by plusph188, the quoted odds are locked in and cannot be changed by either party.

• The minimum bet on most markets at plusph188 is ₱20. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and account tier, and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bets placed on events that have already started — or on markets that have been closed or suspended — will be voided and the stake returned to your wallet.
• In the event of a palpable pricing error (odds significantly out of line with fair market value due to a technical error), plusph188 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This will be communicated to affected players promptly.
• For live in-play betting, markets may be temporarily suspended during key moments such as goals, scoring runs, timeouts, or video reviews. Bets submitted during a suspension will be voided.
• Settlement of bets follows the official result from the relevant governing body (PBA, NBA, FIBA, etc.). Unofficial or preliminary results are not used for settlement purposes. Any subsequent change to an official result — including walkovers, forfeitures, or match abandonments — will be settled according to the applicable sport rules published by plusph188.
• Void bets have the full stake returned. Partially completed accumulator bets that contain a voided selection are typically settled at reduced odds, depending on the accumulator structure.

plusph188 maintains the right to limit stakes, restrict markets, or close accounts where sustained unusual betting patterns are detected — particularly in cases suggesting abuse of pricing errors, coordinated betting, or match-fixing involvement.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

plusph188 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to qualifying players. Specific terms — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates — are published with each individual promotion.

• Welcome bonuses and deposit match offers are available to new players only and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• All bonus funds at plusph188 are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable turnover is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before this, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.
• Attempts to abuse bonus structures — including creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate offers, withdrawing before completing requirements, or exploiting pricing errors during bonus periods — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.
• plusph188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are already mid-promotion at the time of a change will not be adversely affected by that change.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. plusph188 may decline to offer promotional credits to accounts flagged for unusual betting patterns.

6 Sabong, Tongits, and Live Game Rules

Live Sabong streams on plusph188 are broadcast from licensed Philippine arenas. Pool-based Sabong markets (Meron, Wala, Draw) are settled based on the official result declared by the arena operator following the completion of each derby fight.

• In the event of a technical disruption to the live stream, bets already confirmed prior to the disruption remain valid and will be settled based on the official arena result.
• Cancelled, postponed, or abandoned fights that do not reach a conclusive result will have all bets on that fight voided and stakes returned.
• Tongits and online Slots at plusph188 operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Game results are independently verified and cannot be influenced by the platform or by any individual player action outside of normal gameplay.
• Any suspected manipulation, collusion, or use of automated software in Tongits or Slots sessions is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of related winnings pending investigation.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Security

9 Account Suspension and Closure

• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Confirmed or suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.

• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward plusph188 staff or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance will be held until the review is complete. If the suspension is confirmed as warranted, outstanding balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. In cases of voluntary closure requested by the player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be refunded through the player's registered withdrawal method.

10 Limitation of Liability

plusph188 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain service continuity and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or to any specific market.

• plusph188 is not liable for losses resulting from service outages, delayed bet placement, incorrect odds displayed due to technical errors (where bets have been voided in accordance with Section 4), or events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.
• plusph188 is not responsible for any tax obligations that arise from betting winnings. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable tax laws in the Philippines or their jurisdiction of residence.
• Our total liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the calendar month in which the relevant event occurred.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits plusph188's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data

plusph188 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the plusph188 platform experience.
• plusph188 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support, subject to legal retention requirements.

12 Changes to These Terms

plusph188 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in regulation, platform features, or business practice. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified by email and/or a platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of plusph188 after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account before the change takes effect, and any real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.
